The IBEX Education Conference is brought to you by industry experts, our education partners, and exhibitors and offers cutting-edge training and information from core skills to advanced topic discussions. The 2023 Education Conference will include the Pre-Conference Sessions on Monday, October 2, 2023 and the Seminar Series and Tech Talk Workshops held during the show dates October 3 – 5, 2023.

The 2023 IBEX Show will be held at the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, FL USA. The show dates are October 3 – 5, 2023, with the Pre-Conference Sessions taking place October 2, 2023.

3rd Floor Exhibits: Tuesday October 3 & Wednesday, October 4: 10 am – 6 pm; Thursday, October 5: 10 am – 3 pm
Admission Policy
IBEX is for the TRADE ONLY, and is not open to the general public. No one under 18 years of age—including infants—will be admitted. IBEX reserves the right to request picture identification to verify age. There are no exceptions to our age policy.
Exhibit Hall Badges—FREE To Qualified Marine Industry Professionals Who Pre-Register
IBEX is a trade-only event. It is not open to the general public. All qualified marine industry professionals are welcome to attend IBEX.
Photography & A/V Recording Policy
Due to the large number of proprietary new products and prototypes being displayed at IBEX, the taking of photographs and video in the exhibition hall is restricted. You must have a press badge and/or have prior written approval to use a camera on the show floor. To obtain permission for on-site photography and video, please contact Andrew Golden at agolden@nullrushtongregory.com. Exhibitors retain the right to restrict photography of their products or displays, and such decisions are within the discretion of the exhibitor and are not controlled by IBEX. If you use a camera without permission, you will be escorted off the show floor and your badge will be confiscated. In addition, IBEX speakers and attendees are encouraged to openly discuss proprietary matters; therefore audio or video recording of IBEX seminars is strictly prohibited.
