Registration

Who can attend IBEX?

IBEX is for the trade only and not open to the general public. No one under 18 years of age-including infants-will be admitted. IBEX reserves the right to request identification to verify age or business affiliation.

How do I register for IBEX?

Is there a cost to register?

Exhibit Hall badges are free for visitors who pre-register for the event by September 4th and qualify as marine industry professionals. There will be a $50 Exhibit Hall badge fee beginning Saturday, September 5th, 2026. Badge fees are waived for those who purchase a Seminar Series pass. (Single Seminar, 3-Pack or FlexPass)

How do I get my badge?

You will receive confirmation of your registration by email. Using your registration QR code, you can quickly scan and retrieve your printed badge at the Xpress Check-In kiosks located in the 1st Floor lobby of the Tampa Convention Center. Once you print your badge, be sure to grab your lanyard.

Education

Is education offered and how do I sign up?

As you are registering, you can purchase education that best fits your schedule.

IBEX offers Pre-Conference sessions held on Monday, October 5th, which include half and full-day hands-on training from exhibitors and industry partners. Price varies, check the schedule for more information.

The IBEX Seminar Series is offered Tuesday through Thursday during show days. Purchase a Single, Three-Pack, or FlexPass (includes up to 11 seminar choices), then choose your seminars on-site. Seminar tickets are valid for registrants only and are non-transferable. Seminars are 60 to 90 minutes long and your purchased seminar pass is valid for any of them. For the best pricing, purchase a seminar pass before the Early Bird deadline: September 4th, 2026.

The Tech Talk Workshops are free, exhibitor product demo presentations of the newest technology in the industry.

Can I earn CEUs?

CEUs are available for paid and verified participation at IBEX seminars. IBEX offers 1 CEU per 1 hour of training within the Seminar Series. Professional development credits for the Pre-Conference Sessions are at the discretion of the sponsoring organization. CEU certificates are available within one week following the IBEX event. You will receive an email notice when your certificate is available to download.

What if I have to cancel?

Seminar and Pre-Conference session refunds are made for cancellations received in writing by September 4th, 2026, and subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellations made after September 5th, 2026 are considered “no shows”, however, you may send a substitute from your organization.

All ticket sales are final for the Industry Breakfast.

All cancellations must be received in writing and submitted to ibexshow@maritz.com.

International Visitors

How do I get a Letter of Invitation?

Invitation Letters are available during the registration process. As you are registering, select the checkbox labeled “Please send me an invitation letter for my Visa”. Information required for a letter includes passport issue and expiration dates. All Letters of Invitation will be provided digitally, they are not mailed.
