Brownell Boat Stands & Equipment’s line of boat lifts, dollies, storage equipment, and display products makes boat show headaches a thing of the past. Unload your boats faster and easier than ever before with the BL3 and BL8 hydraulic boat lifts, or even faster – with their air-powered cousins the BL3AIR and BL8AIR. With the BL8’s capacity of 32,000lbs per set (of four lifts), your move in team can lift your biggest center consoles and cruisers. No need to wait for cranes or forklifts – operate on your own timeline, and get move in done faster. All BL3sand BL8s have adjustable arm positions and the largest height range, making them the most versatile lifts on the market. Easily portable with the attached handlebar and wheels, there is no easier way to load and unload.
Once the boats are off the trailer, Brownell has the widest range of storage products to keep the boat safe and secure for show days. For easy movement and positioning, our standard line of dollies has capacities from 2,000lbs to 20,000lbs, and unmatched versatility and ease of use. Our BD1, BD2 and BD3 utilize our acme-threaded tops for precise balancing, even under load, and each has adjustable width to fit your hull shape and chines. For smaller boats and tenders, our BD4 (4,000lbs) and SCD1 (2,000lbs) bunk dollies do the trick, with adjustable width to accommodate a variety of hulls. If pontoon boats are your game, see our PD2 (2,000lbs ea), PD2B (w/ brakes) and PD2X (2,500lbs, with taller profile). All dollies come standard with hard phenolic wheels for easy rolling on smooth ground, and are available with optional polyurethane or cast iron wheels.
If stationary storage is all your booth needs, Brownell has you covered there as well. Our standard boat and keel stands can accommodate any vessel, from your smallest tender to your flagship cruiser. For a simple, clean option, look to our BR37 and BR90, single-piece racks that both support and balance the boat, eliminating the need for outboard stands. They provide a stable platform, while being gentler on the hull by spreading the load on our adjustable top pads and avoiding keel loading. These are available unpainted, so you can coat to match your hull or floor covering.
New for this season, Brownell is proud to introduce our Boat Stand Cover (P/N BSC1), an entrant in the 2024 IBEX Innovation Awards. For all who use boat stands in their displays, gone are the days of wrapping stands in rough cut fabric, taping and stapling material to make the stands less noticeable. With the Boat Stand Cover, your boats get the clean, professional look they deserve, and set up is easier and faster than ever. Once the boat is in place, simply loosen one stand at a time (replacing with a temporary stand as needed), slip the cover over the stand and pull tight, tucking excess material under the base. Once snug, slide the stand back into place under the boat. You can adjust the stand with the cover in place, ensuring the boat is stable and secure. The Cover elevates the look of the entire display, making your boats stand out even more.
