At the center of this innovation is the SEAL® 36V 105Ah Deep Cycle Lithium Battery — the first marine LiFePO₄ battery of its kind to feature an active built-in fire suppression system. This patented technology automatically neutralizes thermal runaway at the cell level before ignition can occur, representing a monumental advancement in onboard lithium safety.

Encased in a marine-grade IP67-rated shell with internal heat dispersion channels and sealed M8 terminals, the SEAL® thrives in extreme environments — from offshore tournaments to high-impact bay conditions. Beneath the surface, it houses A-grade LiFePO₄ cylindrical cells (UL1642, IEC62619, UN38.3 certified) managed by a marine-optimized Battery Management System (BMS) with real-time transient voltage suppression, reverse-polarity protection, and Bluetooth monitoring through the Abyss Battery® app.

Unlike traditional 3-battery 12-volt arrays, the SEAL® condenses an entire 36V trolling motor bank into one compact powerhouse weighing just 64 lb, simplifying rigging and maximizing storage space. The battery’s smart safety architecture includes redundant temperature sensors, automated disconnect logic, and the embedded fire suppression agent — collectively forming a closed safety loop that’s been independently validated under TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety protocols.
