Andrea holds a degree and a PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering with a focus on Food Processing and Biotechnology from the University of Genova, Italy. He also holds an MBA in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee where he has been guest lecturing for the past 3 years.
Andrea has 20 years of experience in the FMCG industry (Danone, Kraft, Mondelez) where he has had several Supply Chain and Strategic Leadership positions in Europe and US. Most recently he held the position of Head of Global Procurement Strategy and Capabilities and Head of Global Indirect Services Sourcing for Mondelez Global LLC in Chicago, IL.
Andrea places strong value in people, diversity, trust and authenticity; and his personal purpose is ‘nurturing others to fulfill their potential and find their success to create a better world’. Andrea is Italian, married, with 1 teenager daughter. He loves outdoor sports, traveling, and cooking.

Scott has worked in various areas of the marine industry over the past 18 years including Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain Management. His most recent certifications include ABYC Marine Systems Certification, ABYC Marine Standards Certification, and NMMA Compliance Engineer Certification. He has been the Director of Engineering Standards at NMMA since 2018.
