For Members of The Press

IBEX press registration opened in June, an email is sent stating whether press credentials have been approved or denied. If approved, press badges will be available for pick up at the show (no badges will be mailed prior to the event).

Bloggers: Please include your URL when registering for the event. To be considered for approval, blogs must pertain to the subject matter covered at IBEX and include postings about the show within the last month.

Freelancers: You must submit a byline or editorial credit in a masthead published within the last six months. All registrations will be verified through a national media database.

Analysts: Market research analysts with an approved firm will be granted complimentary access to the show. Proper identification is required, including a copy of, or a link to, a published industry-related article from the past six months (must have name in byline).

Camera & A/V Recording Policy

IBEX enforces a strict photography & videography policy

Due to the large number of proprietary new products and prototypes being displayed at IBEX, the taking of photographs and video in the exhibition hall is restricted. You must have a press badge and/or have prior written approval to use a camera or cell phone camera on the show floor. To obtain permission for on-site photography and video, please contact Andrew Golden at agolden@rushtongregory.com.

Exhibit Hall Policy
Exhibitors retain the right to restrict photography of their products or displays, and such decisions are within the discretion of the exhibitor and are not controlled by IBEX. If you use a camera without permission, you will be escorted off the show floor and your badge will be confiscated.

Seminar Series Policy
To encourage open discussions on proprietary matters, audio or video recording of IBEX seminars is strictly prohibited. If you have questions about photography in the Seminar Rooms, please contact Dana Howe at dana@ibexshow.com. Onsite during the event, you may visit the speaker lounge at the Tampa Convention Center, Room 103.

If you observe questionable photography or video activity, please report it to show management at the Show Office, located in Room 121 of the Tampa Convention Center.
