What are the move-in and move-out hours?
- Sunday, October 4 : 8:00am – 4:30pm

Insurance Information
Is insurance required?
Yes, a certificate of insurance is required before you move-in to your exhibit space for both exhibitors and EAC’s.
IBEX uses ExhibitorInsurance.com for insurance uploads. Scroll down to find International BoatBuilders’ Expo (IBEX) – Fall 2026 and then hit the Select button to upload your insurance. You can also purchase insurance from the same company.

Booth Information
What’s included in my booth?
Your standard booth display is equipped with 8’ high back-drape; 3’ high side-rail and a 7” x 44” cardboard identification sign. Furnishings are not provided with your booth space, but they can be ordered through the Shepard Exhibitor Services Kit.
How many badges do I receive?
Exhibiting companies are allowed FIVE exhibitor booth staff badges per 10’x10’ (100 sq. ft.) of exhibit space. Order your badges via the Exhibitor Resources Center.
What are the display guidelines for the show?
Read the IBEX Display Rules and Regulations.
Example: Standard Booth Exhibits (one or more standard units, 10’x10’ in a straight line) – Exhibit fixtures and components will be permitted to a maximum height of 8’, plus 2’ for back-wall identification signs; overall acceptable height is 10’. For other types of exhibits (endcaps/peninsulas/islands), you should review the IBEX Display Rules and Regulations.

Shepard may assemble and dismantle your sign. Order assemble and dismantle labor.
Who handles overhead rigging and sign hanging?
Encore is the exclusive provider for overhead rigging services. Shepard does not hang signs. Order Overhead Rigging Services from Encore.

What is the first day my freight can arrive at the show?
If you wish to ship directly to the Tampa Convention Center your freight can arrive on Sunday, October 4, 2026. All exhibitors are strongly encouraged to ship their materials to the warehouse.

What is the difference between the Advanced Warehouse and Marshaling Yard?
Advanced Warehouse
- A warehouse/building where all freight is shipped to and stored before the show. Exhibitors who wish to have their crated material arrive at show site prior to their target date/time should ship to the Advanced Warehouse.
Marshaling Yard
- This is the holding lot for all freight deliveries. All trucks delivering shipments to show site must check-in at the marshaling yard two hours prior to their assigned target date/time. ALL trucks delivering to show site MUST check in at the marshaling yard for assignment of dock space. The Marshaling Yard does not open until Friday, October 2nd. DO NOT SHIP FREIGHT TO THE MARSHALING YARD ADDRESS.
