Booth Allocation Procedures
Allocation or change of exhibit space is done using a seniority system. IBEX Show points, combined with NMMA member points, and an annual METS point if the same address is used for METS and IBEX, determines your seniority. Specialty pavilions are allocated using the same criteria within the pavilion area. For those exhibitors who elect to be part of a rep group area, it will be the rep group that will select the location for individual exhibitors and seniority is used within the group to determine booth placement.
