Seminar Series

Seminars will take place October 1 – 3 and are designed to educate industry professionals on technical topics. Attendees are eligible to receive continuing education credit. Product or service promotion is prohibited in the Seminar Series. All topic suggestions are welcome, even if you are not the person to present it. IBEX hosts the premier Education Conference that brings together the following industry segments:

Tech Talks

Presented by exhibitors, these free-to-attend workshops showcase a product or service live from the show floor. A new Tech Talk begins at the top of every hour the exhibit hall is open. There are limited time slots available for exhibiting companies and a fee applies.

Pre-Conference Sessions

These full and half day sessions are hosted by industry associations and exhibiting companies and take place the day before the exhibit halls open, on Monday, September 30. They are an opportunity for companies and organization to provide in-depth training to attendees. IBEX provides the room, registration, and helps with the promotion. The session host handles the content, sets the registration fee, AV, additional marketing, etc.
