Scam offers for hotel accommodations and the IBEX attendee list have already started and we can do nothing to stop them except to educate you. PLEASE BE AWARE of any too-good-to-be-true offer. To protect your company, know the facts:
- We do NOT sell our attendee lists EVER. Any offers to buy our attendee list are a scam.
- We work exclusively with OnPeak for hotel booking. OnPeak WILL NOT call you to ask for your credit card or personal information. Do not trust hotel deals and discounts from third-party sources, they are not endorsed by IBEX.
- We NEVER call to ask you for your credit card to make a payment. You are welcome to call us anytime to make a payment but do NOT give your credit card to anyone calling who says they are from the IBEX team.
Here are some examples of the latest scams we are aware of:
- 8/16/2024 — If you’ve received a call from someone claiming to be from ICHS Travel (702-522-1854) do NOT disclose any personal or credit card information, this is not a legitimate hotel partner.
