Press Registration
To receive Press credentials, please go register as an attendee, and be sure to select “Press” as your primary job.
Press Room On-Site
All members of the marine press are invited to use the press room located on site at the Kentucky Exposition Center during all three days of the show. All valid press are welcome to the vast selection of exhibitor press kits available. The IBEX Press Room will be located in the South Wing Boardroom. Your company’s press kits may be dropped off in the Press Room during move-in, beginning on Sunday, September 26th. Camera & A/V Recording Policy — PLEASE READ!
- Cameras and video equipment are NOT permitted in the exhibit hall. The taking of photographs in the exhibition hall is strictly prohibited. You must have a press badge and prior written approval to use a camera on the show floor. If you use a camera without permission, you will be escorted off the show floor and your badge will be confiscated.
- IBEX speakers and attendees are encouraged to openly discuss proprietary matters; therefore papers and/or extracts are not produced for IBEX seminars. Audio- or videotaping of IBEX sessions is strictly prohibited.
Admission Policy
IBEX is for the TRADE ONLY, and is not open to the general public. You must be directly involved in the marine industry to attend. A business card showing your affiliation to the marine industry is required to register.
Age Policy
No one under 18 years of age—including infants—will be admitted. IBEX reserves the right to request picture identification to verify age. There are no exceptions to our age policy.
Solicitation Policy
Solicitation at IBEX by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Distribution of unauthorized material, including magazines in the exhibit halls is not allowed. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the show, and forfeiture of your exhibit hall badge.
