General Show Information:
Admission Policy
IBEX is not open to the general public. No one under 18 years of age—including infants—will be admitted. IBEX reserves the right to request picture identification to verify age. There are no exceptions to our age policy.
Registration
Exhibit Hall Badges—FREE To Qualified Marine Industry Professionals.
All qualified marine industry professionals are welcome to attend IBEX. There is no charge to walk the exhibit halls, but registration is required. Click HERE to go directly to IBEX online registration.
Register Online, or On-Site.
Avoid standing in line on-site. Pre-register online or by fax.
You will not receive your exhibit hall badge in the mail. Effective for IBEX 2010, you must print out the bar-coded IBEX registration email confirmation sent to you, and bring it to the show. When you arrive on site, scan your bar-coded confirmation at any ExpressPass stations. Your badge will be automatically printed. Once your barcode is scanned and your badge is printed, your barcode will no longer be valid.
On-Site Registration is located in the Hall B Lobby, and will be open for seminar registration and free exhibit hall badges at 7:30 a.m. each show day.

Having trouble printing the email confirmation?
No problem. Write down & bring your Badge ID to one of the manned registration counters located in the registration area. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you when you pick up your badge. The ExpressPass barcode is not required, but assures you a faster pickup time.

Photography & A/V Recording Policy
Camera and video equipment are not permitted in the exhibit halls. The taking of photographs in the exhibition hall is strictly prohibited. You must have a press badge or have prior written approval to use a camera on the show floor. If you use a camera without permission, you will be escorted off the show floor and your badge will be confiscated.
Audio- or videotaping of IBEX sessions is strictly prohibited.
IBEX speakers and attendees are encouraged to openly discuss proprietary matters; therefore papers and/or extracts are not produced for IBEX seminars.
