Online registration for IBEX 2012 is not open at this time. All IBEX E-News subscribers will be informed when online registration open. Not a subscriber? Use the IBEX Show E-News sign-up form in the right column of this web page.
Exhibitor badges offer special privileges, such as access to the exhibit hall before the show opens. Exhibitors are given the opportunity to register for all IBEX 2011 opportunities including the pre-conference sessions, the expanded seminar series, free exhibitor workshops, and special events.

Badge Allotment Is Based On Your Booth Size
Exhibiting companies are allowed FIVE exhibitor badges per 10′x10′ (100 sq. ft.) of exhibit space. If you need additional badges for company employees, you must register those individuals as attendees (via the online registration form at www.ibexshow.com). The exhibitor badge entitles access to the exhibit floor during move-in/out and early hall access (two hours prior to show opening) on all show days. Attendee badges allow access to the exhibit floor during show hours only. Please adhere to these rules and do not schedule meetings at your booth beyond the hours of access.
Confirmations
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email once your registration has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation please call the registration department at +1 484-625-4386.
Having trouble printing the email confirmation? No problem.
Write down & bring your Badge ID to one of the manned registration counters located in the registration area. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you when you pick up your badge. The ExpressPass barcode is not required, but assures you a faster pickup time.
