Do NOT be fooled by other hotel services claiming to be affiliated with IBEX. By booking your rooms through onPeak, you help support IBEX and ensure consistent and appropriate future dates at the Kentucky Exposition Center. IBEX is positively, and negatively affected based on how many rooms are booked through the official hotel service. We have worked hard to ensure a broad range of hotels and inexpensive rates are offered in hopes of meeting all of your needs.

Expo Fair Guide – Beware of faxes, mailings from Pianeta Srl
Each year IBEX exhibitors receive a fraudulent mailing and emails from a group called Expo Guide. The mailing instructs you to fill out a form for the “IBEX Guide” and fax it to an international number. (This is your first clue that this is not an official IBEX communication! ) Be aware of any offer that claims to be from IBEX, and be sure to check with us if you receive a suspicious offer.
