Do NOT be fooled by phone calls, or emails from anyone claiming to be affiliated with IBEX. Before you give out your company credit card, please check with us! A list of official IBEX 2011 vendors will be posted here soon. When in doubt, call us.
The Only Official IBEX 2012 Hotel Reservation Service is The Louisville Housing Bureau.
Please note: The Louisville Houisng Bureau is the only official housing company associated with The International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition & Conference. While other may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
Expo Fair Guide – Beware of faxes, mailings from Pianeta Srl
Each year IBEX exhibitors receive a fraudulent mailing and emails from a group called Expo Guide. The mailing instructs you to fill out a form for the “IBEX Guide” and fax it to an international number. (This is your first clue that this is not an official IBEX communication! ) Be aware of any offer that claims to be from IBEX, and be sure to check with us if you receive a suspicious offer.

We do not sell, share, or distribute the IBEX exhibitor list, but it is distributed to our official vendors so that they may contact you to offer their show services. If you would prefer to NOT have your company name distributed to the IBEX 2012 official vendor list, please contact:
