IBEX is Trade Only, for marine industry professionals. Not open to the general public. No one under 18 years of age-including infants-will be admitted. IBEX reserves the right to request identification to verify age or business affiliation.
Expo Hall Only badges are free for marine industry professionals who qualify as boatbuilders, repairers, boatyard/marina operators/crew, yacht designers, naval architects, engineers, surveyors, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, dealers, and other marine service-related personnel.
Non-Exhibiting OEM/Accessory Manufacturers & Suppliers are charged a fee of $950 to attend (click here for the “Non-Exhibiting" Suitcasing/Solicitation Policy). Fees also apply for Seminars, Super Sessions, and the Industry Breakfast.
Seminar refunds are made for cancellations received in writing no later than August 21, 2015, and subject to $50 service charge. Cancellations made after August 21, 2015, are considered “no shows;” however, you may send a substitute from your organization.
You will receive confirmation of your registration by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call the IBEX Registration department.
Your confirmation email contains a link to view and print out your ExpressPass to bring to IBEX for retrieving your badge. Badges are not mailed. You may also be asked to supply valid business identification to verify your industry affiliation when you pick up your badge and holder at show site.
CEUs are available for paid and verified participation at IBEX seminars. Each 1.5 hour seminar is worth .15 CEU credits. The maximum credit hours for taking a full, seven-seminar curriculum at IBEX is 1.05.
Receive a 10% discount off seminar pricing fees for three (3) or more from the same organization, and if registered before August 21, 2015. Discount applies to paid seminars only. Registrations and payment must be made together at one time to receive discount.
Exhibitor badge allotment is based on total square footage occupied.
The ExpressPass allows you to quickly scan and retrieve your printed badge and seminar tickets at the ExpressPass kiosks located at IBEX Registration. Once you receive your printed badge, you’ll proceed to “Badge Holder Pick-Up.”
Students receive 50% discount off established seminar rates – with marine school ID and if registered before August 21, 2015.
Suitcasing and solicitation at IBEX by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. If you are a Non-Exhibiting OEM Supplier/Accessory Manufacturer, please be aware of the IBEX policy and badge fee. A Non-Exhibiting OEM Supplier/Accessory Manufacturer badge is subject to $950 registration fee and for the sole purpose of viewing IBEX for future exhibiting opportunities. For Non-Exhibiting OEM Supplier/Accessory Manufacturers who are first-time attendees of IBEX, please contact Tina Sanderson at (866) 963-9655 or Kate Holden at (207) 359-7791 to request a meeting and be offered a reduced entry fee of $150 per badge. Registration will be located in Hall B Lobby and open at 7:30 a.m. each show day.
The 1986 Tax Code permits an income tax deduction for education expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to 1) maintain or improve skills required in one's employment, or 2) meet express requirements of an employer.
