IBEX Mentoring Program

“Bringing hands, souls, and minds together to build a future in the marine industry”

The IBEX Mentoring program began in 2007, and will be a regular year-round feature.  This is a program designed to educate newcomers in the marine trade industry in a face-to-face format at IBEX 2008.

MENTORS. The mentors are industry professionals who are volunteering their time and expertise to help train people new to the industry, in a way that goes beyond in-house or corporate training.  If you are interested in volunteering your time and wisdom, please email .

MENTEES. The mentees are those new to the industry, and to IBEX. IBEX is an ideal learning experience, and an excellent introduction to the breadth of our market.  But questions arise on a daily basis for a person new to the industry.  Thus, we will pair new people with mentors in their areas of specialty.  If you are interested in being a mentee and part of this program, please check the appropriate box (IBEX Mentoring Program) during the registration process. There is no charge to become a mentee.
